Protocol Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Protocol Integrity

By accessing or utilizing the BwaveScan Human Presence Ledger, you enter into a binding agreement to maintain the integrity of the human signal ecosystem. Users agree to provide authentic behavioral signals and acknowledge that any attempt to inflate presence metrics through automated means constitutes a material breach of protocol integrity.

2. Attestation and Reputation Assets

The human pulse scores and presence attestations generated by BwaveScan are the property of the protocol and the respective users. While users maintain ownership of their digital consistency, the protocol reserves the right to adjust signal scores based on behavioral entropy and anti-farming detection algorithms.

3. Signal Consistency and Consensus

Users agree to the stochastic verification and probabilistic settlement cycles defined in the technical documentation. Any activity deemed as a Consensus Violation inclusive of Sybil attacks or behavioral clustering will result in immediate signal degradation and potential exclusion from the verified human ledger.

4. Cross-Chain Utility and Limitation

While BwaveScan provides cross-chain attestation services, users acknowledge that the protocol is not responsible for the implementation or security of third-party platforms utilizing the BwaveScan Human Ledger API. Attestations are provided on an as-settled basis within the latest epoch checkpoint.

5. Protocol Evolution

BwaveScan reserves the right to modify its verification calculus and settlement roadmap to ensure the continued security of the human layer. Ongoing participation in the ecosystem constitutes acceptance of such architectural evolutions.
